Project Overview
The University of the Fraser Valley is undertaking a major expansion and renovation of its dining facilities on the Abbotsford campus to accommodate increasing student enrollment and support the adjacent 398-bed student housing development. The revitalized UFV Dining Hall will more than double the existing seating capacity, from 121 to over 350 seats, and include a newly constructed second floor with an inclusive, accessible design. The facility is being delivered using mass timber construction to support the university’s sustainability objectives and to foster a welcoming, community-focused student experience.
