Project Overview
MAKE Projects provided design constructability assistance for the new Brentwood Station extension in Burnaby, BC. The additional development, including the much larger and multi-use Brentwood Mall development, required stronger connectivity from the station to the street level. This included infrastructure upgrades to accommodate a new elevator and washroom for bus drivers.
The scope of this appointment was to manage the design regarding constructability aspects, such that the final design is cost and schedule efficient, and many of the associated risks have been mitigated.
