Project Overview
Langara College is planning a significant development to address its urgent need for modern academic facilities. The proposed project includes an update to the 2018 master plan, as well as the preparation of a business case for the primary academic facility, currently planned as a six-storey building with an approximate area of 421,256 square feet, plus three levels of underground parking. The construction cost is estimated at $589M, based on a Class D estimate that includes soft costs, contingencies, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

MAKE Projects is providing Project Manager and Owner’s Representative services concerning contracts with Architectural firms who support the creation of the Master Plan and Business Case.
