Project Overview
The school district requires an addition to address inadequate capacity, increasing enrollment pressures from ongoing residential growth in the immediate areas around the school and expected new neighbourhoods (an estimated additional 15,000 people).
Primary Services
MAKE was engaged to provide strategic project management and advisory services during early planning, including project scoping, governance setup, stakeholder facilitation, and delivery model evaluation, and coordination with government funders. Our team led project management and coordination efforts, offered advisory support throughout development, and oversaw design and procurement strategies. We maintained control of budget, schedule, and scope while facilitating stakeholder engagement and applying value and risk management practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
