Project Overview
With a demanding schedule of 3 months start to finish, MAKE and the construction team had to move quickly and implement fast-track strategies including, double-shifting, acceleration bonus clauses, twice-weekly Owner meetings, and micro-scheduling for fixture deliveries.
Indigo opened on time with what their operations team coined “the smoothest transition, from construction to operations, of any store across Canada."

MAKE Projects was engaged to provide owner’s representation services to oversee Indigo’s flagship store on Robson Street. As a flagship, this store involved more complex drywall and millwork detailing, and higher-end communications systems than are typically found in a retail store.
