Project Overview
Located in the growing community of Willoughby in Langley, B.C., the Smith Campus project is the largest school project in provincial history. Scheduled to open in Fall 2027, this integrated campus will accommodate over 2,900 students across a new middle school (Grades 6–8) and secondary school (Grades 9–12), designed to support modern learning environments and long-term population growth.
The schools will feature shared amenities that promote cross-grade collaboration alongside age-appropriate learning zones, flexible classrooms, and neighbourhood learning centres. The site will also include a childcare facility and direct access to the adjacent Smith Athletic Park. Located near 198B Street and 74 Avenue in Southwest Latimer, the newly acquired site reflects thoughtful planning to meet the evolving educational needs of the region.
Primary Services
MAKE is acting as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing the project on behalf of the School District from planning through construction. Our services include managing the project team, coordinating design and construction activities, and ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
