Project Overview
MAKE Projects Ltd. is supporting the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), one of Canada’s largest polytechnic institutions, in delivering a series of campus infrastructure renewal projects across multiple engineering disciplines. These initiatives strengthen the reliability and performance of critical mechanical and electrical systems while enhancing the overall campus environment for more than 80,000 annual learners. Scope includes upgrades to heating, cooling, steam distribution, and HVAC systems; modernization of interior lighting; and architectural improvements focused on flooring renewal and campus aesthetics.
Primary Services
MAKE is providing comprehensive capital project delivery services for NAIT, administering multiple projects within the institute’s expanding capital portfolio. Our scope of services includes strategic planning, design coordination, procurement support, cost management, schedule oversight, and structured communication across project stakeholders.
Throughout each project’s lifecycle, MAKE manages design and construction activities through organized reviews, safety and quality compliance, submittal and change management, and ongoing project monitoring to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and milestone targets.
From initial project charters through commissioning, closeout, and warranty administration, MAKE ensures every project advances with clarity, accountability, and consistent execution across all phases.
