Project Overview
This project will comprise a two-storey, at-grade prefabricated addition with a footprint area of approximately 450 m2 located on the east side of the existing school building. The addition will include 8 learning spaces with corridors, an enclosed courtyard, a mechanical space, two stairwells, an elevator, and washrooms.
Primary Services
MAKE was engaged early to provide strategic project management and advisory services, supporting the client through the initial planning and development phases. Our role included establishing project governance, defining scope, facilitating stakeholder and user group engagement, and evaluating appropriate delivery models in coordination with government funders. Throughout the project, MAKE provided ongoing project management and coordination, design oversight, and procurement strategy support, while ensuring budget, schedule, and scope control through value and risk management practices.
