Project Overview
Savoy is a boutique mid-rise residential development located along Vancouver’s Cambie Corridor, adjacent to Queen Elizabeth Park. The concrete building delivers a collection of contemporary condominium residences within a transit-oriented, urban setting. The project required careful coordination to navigate site constraints, municipal approvals, and construction within an active and well-established neighbourhood.
Primary Services
MAKE provided Project Management services on behalf of the Owner, supporting the project from design development through construction and turnover. Our role included consultant coordination, schedule and cost oversight, risk management, and construction-phase monitoring to support efficient delivery and alignment with project objectives.
