As we head into wrapping up 2025, I’m feeling incredibly energized about the year we’ve had, and even more excited about what’s to come. Amongst economic headwinds across many sectors, we’ve been able to maintain a steady stream of work while continuing to establish and expand our presence here on the Island.
2025 Wins
- Continued to establish our presence, making new connections, and entrenching ourselves in the communities we serve,
- Delivering on our first project on the Island at the Victoria General Hospital,
- Connecting with old friends while making new ones along the way,
- Doubling the size of our local team and rounding out a full complement of skillsets that will not only better serve our local projects but also provide expertise to our other regions.
What This Year Taught Me
The importance of patience and perseverance. This is especially true in times of economic uncertainty experienced in the past year. I am optimistic that a tide is changing, and that 2026 and beyond will begin moving in a different direction; we will be ready.
2026 Onward
I’m stepping into next year with optimism and ambition as we continue to establish our presence through a few key objectives:
- Further entrenching ourselves in the communities we serve
- Doubling down on strategic growth across the island and establishing our services across the island
- Building stronger cross-regional synergy
