May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at MAKE, we’re committed to supporting the well-being of our team members. Here are some of the ways we encourage self-care:

– Employer-paid extended Health Plan includes $600 towards mental health practitioners annually
– $500 health spending account that employees can use towards additional mental health support
– Hugr, a mental fitness plan APP, similar to a physical fitness plan, with evidence-based activities to support your practice in flourishing
– Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Our employees have access to Arive, offering confidential counselling services, legal and financial assistance, and resources for managing various life challenges
– Wellness plan policy which contributes to gym memberships and other physical wellness activities like Pilates and Yoga
– We order healthy food, beverages, and vitamins for our kitchen for employees to help themselves while at the office
– Work-Life balance: MAKE encourages all employees to balance their life and family obligations around their work
