MAKE Projects is pleased to announce the acquisition of RTA Quantity Surveying (RTA QS) effective February 1, 2026.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone in MAKE Projects’ continued growth and execution of our long-term strategy to become Western Canada’s preeminent Facility Development Advisory Services provider.
 
By integrating RTA’s highly respected quantity surveying and construction cost management team into MAKE, we are meaningfully expanding our capabilities and capacity to deliver end-to-end, value-driven advisory services to public and private sector clients. The combined practice strengthens our ability to support increasingly complex projects with deeper technical expertise, enhanced market intelligence, and scalable delivery.
 
For RTA clients, this transition provides continuity of service with the added benefit of access to MAKE’s broader advisory platform, including project management, development advisory, and lender-facing services. For MAKE clients, the acquisition enhances our cost management, quantity surveying, and development finance monitoring offerings across the full project lifecycle.
