Katie Prueter

Katie is a passionate Interior Designer & Project Manager with over 14 years of experience spanning healthcare, institutional, residential and commercial projects. Currently serving as Project Manager with the MAKE Projects team in Victoria, Katie combines her design expertise with proven management skills to advance the firm’s objectives while building lasting relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.

Katie's expertise lies in communication, specifically in navigating between diverse stakeholder groups, where sensitivity to user needs and complex coordination are essential.  With a Bachelor of Interior Design from Vancouver Island University and additional study in Germany, Katie holds NCIDQ certification and has completed the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility certification.

Katie's approach to her work is grounded in lifelong learning and positivity with a particular appreciation for handmade goods and craftmanship. Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling with her family, dabbling in real estate endeavors, exploring local farmers markets and losing herself on a pottery wheel.
