Dale Reimer

Dale brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 16 years as a superintendent at Graham Construction, where he tackled some of the company's most demanding projects. His expertise in hospital construction, post-secondary institutions, provincial and civic developments, and his in-depth knowledge of concrete, naturally led him to his current role as a real estate development manager. In this capacity, Dale has successfully overseen the entire process from preconstruction to lease-up on multiple purpose-built rentals, condominiums, and mixed-use large-scale residential buildings. His commitment to fostering strong relationships has been instrumental in navigating these complex projects.

Dale prides himself on his commitment, reliability, and integrity, values that extend beyond his professional life. Known for his approachable nature, he excels in leading projects through every stage, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged.

Outside of work, Dale is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, biking, paddling, and skiing in the mountains. His recent love for Fernie, B.C., has brought joy to his family, and he looks forward to sharing these adventures with his new wife and blended family.
